You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site operations, and ensure work is safe, on schedule, and of high quality. This role demands leadership from mobilization to closeout, close collaboration with Project Management, inspectors, and trades, and a results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 7–15+ years of commercial construction field experience; proven experience as a Superintendent or lead field role.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, coordination, and site logistics.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout, keeping the jobsite organized, efficient, and well planned.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manage short-term schedules, and maintain steady progress toward project milestones.
• Enforce jobsite safety requirements and lead regular safety meetings.
• Communicate with Project Management, inspectors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to keep the project on track.
