Job summary

Wagman Construction Group is seeking a General Superintendent for our upcoming Prince George’s County project. The Senior Superintendent will lead multiple sites, manage subs and crews, and ensure safety, on-time delivery, and quality.

We value strong leadership, coordination across stakeholders, and a proactive approach to problem solving on heavy civil and facilities projects in MD/PA. This is a safety sensitive role requiring site work and compliance with company policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of building construction experience (non-residential) in planning, scheduling, and managing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of construction trades and site practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Procore software required.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties of the Superintendent or Project Manager on multiple projects.
• Lead superintendent on large, complex projects and oversee project execution plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure schedule adherence.
• Ensure safety compliance, quality standards, and project profitability.
• Mentor and develop field staff and supervise manpower assignments.
• Support Estimating and Scheduling with constructability input and site logistics.
