Senior Commercial Construction Superintendent – Ground-Up K-12 Projects
Midland, TX | Full-Time | ️ $100M+ Project Experience Required
We’re hiring an elite-level Senior Superintendent to lead ground-up K-12 new construction projects valued at $100 million+. This is a full lifecycle role — from sitework and underground utilities through to punch list and handoff. Our client is a highly respected general contractor known for its commitment to quality, safety, and long-term team retention.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all field operations for large-scale K-12 school construction projects
Manage full construction lifecycle: site logistics, excavation, structural, MEP, interior finish, and final delivery
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams
Ensure schedule, budget, safety, and quality targets are met or exceeded
Partner closely with Project Manager and owners to ensure seamless execution
Mentor and lead field staff with a focus on accountability and collaboration
Qualifications
IDEAL CANDIDATE: 10+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior Superintendent role
IDEAL CANDIDATE: Proven track record running $100M+ ground-up public school (K-12) projects
Strong technical knowledge of structural systems, MEP, concrete, steel, finishes, and sitework
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a stable employment history
Proficient in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office)
OSHA 30 required; additional safety credentials a plus
