Senior Commercial Construction Superintendent – Ground-Up K-12 Projects
Midland, TX | Full-Time | ️ $100M+ Project Experience Required

We’re hiring an elite-level Senior Superintendent to lead ground-up K-12 new construction projects valued at $100 million+. This is a full lifecycle role — from sitework and underground utilities through to punch list and handoff. Our client is a highly respected general contractor known for its commitment to quality, safety, and long-term team retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for large-scale K-12 school construction projects

• Manage full construction lifecycle: site logistics, excavation, structural, MEP, interior finish, and final delivery

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams

• Ensure schedule, budget, safety, and quality targets are met or exceeded

• Partner closely with Project Manager and owners to ensure seamless execution

• Mentor and lead field staff with a focus on accountability and collaboration

Qualifications

• IDEAL CANDIDATE: 10+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior Superintendent role

• IDEAL CANDIDATE: Proven track record running $100M+ ground-up public school (K-12) projects

• Strong technical knowledge of structural systems, MEP, concrete, steel, finishes, and sitework

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a stable employment history

• Proficient in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office)

• OSHA 30 required; additional safety credentials a plus
