Job summary

EC2 NORTH TARRANT INFRASTRUCTURE, LLC in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a qualified Superintendent to oversee major civil infrastructure work on the NTE Extension projects. The role requires coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and project management to ensure schedules, safety, quality, and costs align with contract requirements.

You will monitor daily field activities, manage labor, equipment, and material planning, and ensure timely reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in large civil infrastructure projects (design-build or design-bid-build).
• Experience managing highway/bridge/road projects and coordinating subcontractors.
• Proficient with Procore for daily reports, QA/IPPs, and cost control.
• Strong Excel skills for payments tracking and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise construction activities to meet schedule and budget.
• Direct foremen; plan labor, equipment, and material needs.
• Promote safety and ensure adherence to safety policies.
• Coordinate with Associate Project Manager and Project Manager on daily work.
• Maintain site organization, daily activity reports, and progress tracking.
