Responsibilities

• Plan and execute construction methods for residential high-rise projects, schedules, productivity innovations, and site logistics.
• Select field personnel for projects.
• Monitor job costs and productivity.
• Coordinate on-site manpower, materials and equipment.
• Develop and monitor the project construction plan and schedule.
• Supervise and coach field personnel.
• Enforce Walsh Safety and Quality programs.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities.
• Oversee project close-out, final inspections, and warranty work.
• Ensure work complies with contract documents in collaboration with owners.
• Participate in work plan development for high-risk activities.
