Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read and understand project documents including plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong understanding of labor, material, and subcontractor costs; ability to analyze reports for effective project management.
• Experience managing subcontractors and self-perform labor forces.
• Preferred experience with Procore, Bluebeam, ASTA PowerProject, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Examine contract drawings, specs, and addenda to identify deficiencies and code issues.
• Create and maintain a monthly CPM schedule and recovery strategies.
• Develop safety, QC, and site logistics plans with the project team.
• Direct and manage daily activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and self-perform crews.
• Review subcontractor pay applications and manage self-performed work.
• Lead weekly progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Support staff development and professional growth.
• Contribute to proposals, interviews, networking, and outreach for BD.
