Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong background in corporate interiors / Class A office / tenant improvement construction.
• Experience overseeing sizeable interior projects (>$10M).
• Stable career history preferred, with longevity with previous employers.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on sizeable corporate interior projects.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate all construction activities from mobilization through completion.
• Maintain strict standards for safety, quality, scheduling, and site organization.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project schedules.
• Conduct site meetings and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with contract documents and quality standards.
• Manage project closeout and punch-list activities.
