Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree plus eight years of related experience, with data center/mission critical project experience highly desired. Candidate will oversee field staff and coordinate with owners and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus eight years of related experience.
• Data center/mission critical project experience highly desired.
• Knowledge of building construction, means and methods, scheduling and cost control procedures, general contract, general conditions, subcontract documents, drawings and specifications, including Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in EH&S applications.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control and trade employee staffing levels.
• Oversee work among assigned trades to promote a coordinated project operations; resolve local issues.
• Manage the site safety program and subcontractor compliance with Turner standards and regulations.
• Supervise and develop Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Interns; provide input on performance appraisals.
• Create schedules and determine sequencing of work; develop recovery strategies to maintain schedule.
• Communicate with owners and architects/engineers on field issues; investigate and resolve them.
• Manage Work In Place billing and monthly estimates, payrolls, material invoices and subcontractor payments.
• Ensure work is installed in accordance with contract documents.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
