Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Program Security Manager to oversee security on a major contract. The role requires a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, 10+ years in security operations, PMP certification, and IC-sponsored security training.

You will lead a team of security professionals ensuring CSP compliance across construction activities. The position includes responsibilities for implementing security plans, coordinating with COR/AO, and managing entry control teams, with a competitive compensation

Qualifications

• US citizen with TS clearance and SCI eligibility.
• At least 10 years in construction security surveillance, technical surveillance countermeasures, or related security fields.
• PMP Certification required.
• Completed IC sponsored Construction Surveillance Technician Course.
• Completed IC sponsored Site Security Manager Course.
• Minimum 5 years leadership on DoD or federal security programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for security on the project and implement the Construction Security Plan (CSP).
• Receive and implement orders from the COR or AO regarding security matters.
• Develop SOPs and Special Instructions for construction surveillance.
• Ensure security integrity of the construction site.
• Develop and implement the CSP with the COR.
• Conduct daily and periodic CSP compliance inspections.
• Coordinate with the construction contractor on site safety and security.
• Notify the COR of unmet construction requirements with corrective action proposals.
• Ensure inspection processes for all persons, packages, vehicles and other entry items into secure areas.
• Manage Entry Control Monitors, Observers, Lead Observers and Construction Surveillance Technicians.
