Job summary

Moss is seeking a Scheduler to support our construction projects in Dallas, TX. You will work under the Scheduling Manager to update and maintain schedules, analyze progress, and integrate resource and cost data.

Travel to project sites is expected as needed to coordinate with field teams and subcontractors. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline and at least 3 years of scheduling experience on large-scale construction projects, with strong Primavera P6

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in applicable discipline with you must have 3+ years scheduling experience on large-scale construction projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.
Ability to work independently and adapt to Moss standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate actual construction progress and provide regular schedule updates.
Maintain schedule for projects and identify and record the impact of work performed and not performed as scheduled.
Incorporate resource and/or cost loading data into schedules.
Ensure that corporate planning and schedule standards are implemented and that all project related activities comply.
Read specifications and contract documents.
Interface with operations, owners, and subcontractors to discuss impact of work and resolution of problems.
The candidate must be able to travel and be able to assess the schedule update with the project teams.
Perform other duties as assigned.
