Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Business, or Construction Management.
• 7+ years previous experience as a Senior Scheduler or Project Controls Manager on major projects.
• Scheduling and Project Management software proficiency: MS Office, MS Project, Primavera P6, ASTA Powerproject.

Responsibilities

• Creates/updates master development schedules and resource-loaded baselines.
• Monitors progress, prepares monthly schedule reports, and tracks critical path.
• Performs time impact analyses for change orders and delay claims.
