Job summary

Avsar Construction Development, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA seeks a detail-oriented Project Scheduler to lead the planning and delivery of construction projects.

You will develop, maintain, and monitor schedules, analyze project data, and support informed decisions through reporting and reviews. The role requires 6+ years in construction scheduling (Owner/GC preferred), a Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management or related field, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-time scheduling experience in construction, preferably with an Owner or General Contractor
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field (or equivalent with 2+ years scheduling experience)
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program schedules with milestones and constraints.
• Review and interpret construction drawings to understand scope.
• Conduct reviews of baseline schedules and provide comments.
• Perform QA/QC checks on contractor submissions, analyze critical paths and resource allocation.
• Conduct schedule time impact analyses for changes and negotiate impacts.
• Lead schedule-related meetings and communicate progress to team.
• Prepare and maintain schedule reports and data integrity across projects.
