Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in Commercial Construction with a General Contractor.
• 5 years' experience in California with a Contractor or Subcontractor.
• Two years' experience in Educational projects in a Campus Environment.
• Experience on demolition, renovation, and new construction building projects.
• Experience on OCIP programs.
• Experience with abatement and hazardous materials handling.
• Strong experience coordinating with senior management and field teams.
