Qualifications

• OSHA 500/510 certification or CHST with 5–10 years safety experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's in safety with 5–10 years experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and safety culture development.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership across multiple active construction projects.
• Coach and develop project teams and field safety personnel.
• Conduct audits, inspections, observations, and hazard assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Support development and continuous improvement of safety programs.
