Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a Sr Construction Assessor in Malvern, PA to lead multiple projects from planning through delivery.

You will oversee deliverables, coordinate with Partner team members and PAs, ensure client expectations are met, and provide writing-intensive reports and recommendations. The role requires 5+ years in construction or related fields, excellent communication, and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver on time.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• Develop and maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understanding of design concepts, construction components, and funding processes.
• Proven experience in construction or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for all portions of services/reports, including text and appendices.
• Communicate scope-of-work and client expectations with RM and PAs.
• Translate project expectations into actionable tasks for team members.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to clients and RMs.
• Identify and resolve project issues and deliver progress reports.
• Coordinate follow-up questions with PAs during reviews.
