Job summary

The Ross Group Construction Corporation seeks a Quality Control Manager to lead daily project quality control, inspect work items and submittals, and coordinate with the Owner’s QA representative to ensure all contract requirements are met.

You will implement the quality requirements contained in the contract documents, oversee safety practices on site, manage supplier testing, and maintain accurate daily reports and project records to keep schedules on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Quality Control Manager on construction projects.
• Proven track record of maintaining quality, safety, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily quality control on projects, inspect work and submittals, and coordinate with QA representatives.
• Implement the Quality Control Plan and oversee safety practices on site.
• Oversee subcontractor submittals, testing oversight, and close-out documentation.
• Prepare daily reports on inventory, progress, safety, and quality issues.
• Manage punch-lists and support timely project completion.
