NYC School Construction Authority (NYCSCA) is seeking a Construction Management leader to oversee capital school construction and rehabilitation projects across assigned districts. You will supervise project officers and staff, ensure work aligns with contract documents, budgets, and timelines, and coordinate with DOE staff for smooth project delivery.

The role requires a minimum of ten years in construction management with at least five in supervisory capacity; strong knowledge of safety

Qualifications

• Ten years of full-time diverse experience in the discipline.
• Five years in supervisory or management capacity; or a combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of government safety or construction standards; policy, budgeting, scheduling, and decision-making experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital school construction and rehabilitation projects for assigned districts; supervise Project Officers and staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide guidance for productivity and advancement.
• Monitor project progress and report needs for modifications during the project lifecycle.
