• 7+ years in construction management or equivalent.
• Strong written and oral communication; budgeting proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate with project executives on multiple sites.
• Develop site safety plans and ensure daily safety discussions.
• Prepare and review project schedules from pre-construction to close-out.
• Manage subcontracts, change orders, and budgets.
• Provide job cost reports and KPI tracking.
• Serve as liaison with owners/architects and coordinate drawings.
