Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Delivery Manager to support a Senior Owner’s Advisor in planning, execution, and completion of CMAR and progressive design-build projects. You will liaison between the project owner and stakeholders to ensure alignment with budget, schedule, and quality goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assessments and guidance regarding client/owner organizational readiness and preparation for collaborative delivery understanding, planning, development, and execution.

Description

The Delivery Manager role will support a Senior Owner’s Advisor in the successful planning, execution, and completion of collaborative delivery (CMAR/progressive design-build) projects by acting as a liaison between the project owner and various stakeholders. This role is client focused and will assist in ensuring that the project aligns with the owner's vision, goals, and objectives while adhering to budget, schedule, and quality standards. The role will help Owners select project delivery methods, attend market sounding and outreach, develop Request for Qualifications and Proposals, review responses, assist legal teams with contract documents and negotiations, review pricing proposals and oversee construction contracts performing risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies through start-up and commissioning.

This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with three days per week onsite in Washington, DC.

Salary Range:Theanticipatedstarting payrange for this position is based on the employee’s primary work location and maybemore or lessdependingupon skills, experience,and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Location C: $126,000 - $172,000
