Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-family construction.
• Strong technical knowledge, scheduling and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to influence, negotiate and explain complex processes to clients and staff.
• Commitment to learning and working in multicultural environments.

Responsabilités

• Primary contact to clients and internal teams (Design, Manufacturing, IS).
• Participate in all client/design/IS/manufacturing meetings from pre-con phase to project completion.
• Contribute to product and component development and evolution.
• Coordinate project buy-outs and subcontract awards.
• Review and supervise schedules, costs, safety and logistics plans.
• Lead weekly internal project meetings and attend OAC/subcontractor meetings.
• Oversee billing and invoices within monthly cycle.
• Manage overall financial success with focus on cost and profitability.
• Establish professional relationships with owners, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Ensure estimates align with project requirements and support integrity.
• Maintain project budget and schedule updates; prepare monthly cost projections and status reports.
• Lead construction progress meetings and review design/construction documents against budget and contract.
