Vericon Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end construction lifecycle for multiple projects valued from $1M to $30M in Houston, TX. You will coordinate clients, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven track record of managing multiple construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Procore and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of Vericon's construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery.
• Review project plans, specs and documents to develop accurate bids.
• Procure subcontractors, labor and materials within budget.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project.
• Monitor budget and report financial health to stakeholders.
• Oversee the construction process from pre-construction to closeout.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes and Vericon standards.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors to align on outcomes.
