• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction professionals.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution and safe, on-time completion.
• Coordinates procurement of materials and subcontractors.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Ensures QA and safety programs meet DPR safety standards.
