Qualifications

• 6+ years of industrial construction experience with progressive growth.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings and ensure alignment across all project phases.
• Monitor progress against key milestones and resolve challenges.
• Develop and manage complex project plans involving multiple scopes.
• Conduct detailed cost analyses and implement financial mitigation strategies.
• Manage subcontractor performance to ensure quality and adherence to terms.
• Champion safety by enforcing safety plans and attending trainings.
• Guide the project team to exceed expectations with clear goals.
