Job summary

Bound Construction is a dynamic construction management firm seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a New York-based role with projects throughout the Tri-State area. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality construction projects.

The role covers interior, mechanical, civil, and utility services across corporate interiors, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and EV charging infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, budgets, scope changes using Procore.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, subcontractors & vendors.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with key stakeholders.
• Communicate project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Develop and manage project schedules with MS Project.
• Oversee construction progress and reporting.
• Interpret and manage drawings and documentation.
• Outline and submit specifications as required.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope & delivery methods.
• Lead and supervise a small to mid-sized team.
• Create and validate financial forecasts for upcoming activities.
• Develop bid packages and solicit proposals.
