Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all project activities with the Superintendent and Project Team.
• Oversee and manage all project finances and contract documents.
• Prepare and maintain the project schedule with the Superintendent and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and implement the project budget.
• Lead and participate in owner and subcontractor meetings.
• Review and process subcontractor RFIs and RFPs for approval.
• Prepare, distribute, and approve Owner Change Orders.
• Develop and distribute subcontractor Change Orders and budget revisions.
• Develop and distribute monthly Owner applications for payment.
• Supervise project administrative logs and close-out activities.
• Manage multiple projects at varying development stages.
