Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive full-cycle project management experience.
• Experience reviewing, interpreting, and evaluating full sets of building plans and specifications, including code compliance.
• Extensive experience in construction and building systems.
• Extensive experience in facilities management.
• Strong report writing and oral communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with management, staff, consultants, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, design, and construct facilities and renovation projects.
• Develop schedules for planning, design, and construction.
• Prepare budgets and track expenditures with DPB formats.
• Maintain project files and document claims mitigation.
• Create reports and provide weekly progress updates to leadership.
• Coordinate with procurement for consulting and construction services.
• Monitor budgets and ensure expenditures stay within limits.
• Produce monthly project reviews for the Division Director and Chief of Administration.
