BETA Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to serve as the direct liaison between BETA and external Construction Managers on capital projects, overseeing coordination, schedule, quality assurance, and on-site safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, in civil engineering or construction management or related fields.
• 3+ years leading project management for a general contractor, developer, owner, or municipality.
• Strong procurement, permitting, planning, and design knowledge for significant new construction projects.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with the full cycle of physical vertical construction processes for institutional-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings across electrical, mechanical, structural, landscape, architecture, and interiors for proper coordination and manage the design team during construction.
• Coordinate shop drawings and submittals to ensure conformance with design and quality expectations.
• Provide schedule reviews including site progress and CPM updates from contractors.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly construction activity reports and conduct status reviews with leadership.
• Manage RFIs, PCOs, and other reviews related to CM activities and ensure permitting compliance.
