Job summary

BETA Technologies is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to serve as the primary liaison with external construction managers on capital projects. You will oversee coordination, schedule, safety, and quality across construction activities, fostering professional relationships and proactive problem solving.

The role requires leading procurement, permitting, budgeting, and on-site management to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in civil engineering or construction management.
• 5–7 years in construction management with lead project manager experience.
• Strong procurement, permitting, planning, and design coordination skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design drawings across electrical, mechanical, structural scopes.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance to design quality.
• Provide schedule reviews and CPM updates with the Contractor.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and lead status reviews with leadership.
• Manage RFIs, PCOS, and permit processes throughout the project.
• Assist with budgets and control of job costs.
