Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a project management position in construction industry.
• Working knowledge of electrical construction from a five-year apprenticeship.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides safety leadership.
• Contract administration and project set-up.
• Site labor coordination and scheduling.
• Budgeting and estimating; cost control and forecasting.
• Documentation, submittals, and O&M management.
• Coordinate purchasing and sub-contracts.
• Production tracking and quality assurance.
• Project closeout and billing.
• Internal and external communications.
• Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
