Job summary

AOI Construction Division is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Omaha. You will oversee commercial interior renovations and Class A office build-outs from vision to completion, ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of PM experience, strong leadership, and a collaborative approach. You’ll coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams while upholding AOI’s reputation for quality, integrity, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
7+ years of construction industry experience with project management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and coordinate activities across all project phases within time and budget.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop accurate project estimates and budgets, prepare contracts and purchase orders.
Develop and manage critical path schedules with subcontractors and staff.
Provide technical guidance and foster collaboration on site.
Complete close-out documentation including cost accounting, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and post-job reviews.
Ensure safety compliance and OSHA adherence.
