Russell is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide overall management direction for existing projects and to develop new business relationships across the Midwest.

Education requirements include a 4-year Construction Engineering or Construction Management degree with extensive experience in commercial construction, finance, and leadership. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 4 year Construction Engineering or Construction Management degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, design, finance and management.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate policy.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with owners, architects and developers; negotiate and secure new business.
• Monitor and control construction through on-site supervision to ensure schedule and budget.
• Represent company in project meetings; assist in labor negotiations/strategy meetings.
• Facilitate and participate in client presentations and project interviews.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company’s interests and maintain client relationships.
• Supervise the work of project staff and provide development support.
