Job summary

Hrchamber is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Virginia. You will plan, schedule, manage a team, communicate with stakeholders and ensure the project meets quality and budget targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial construction project management, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and proficiency with MS Project, Procore and Bluebeam. Driver's license required.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials and PM principles.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and neatness in work.
• Knowledge of construction methods and planning/scheduling.
• 5+ years of commercial PM and construction field experience.
• Identify risks and devise proactive mitigation.
• Strong budgeting of financial resources.
• Proficiency with MS Suite, MS Project, Procore and Bluebeam.
• Strong team leadership and communication to align project tasks.
• Ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Organizational skills and openness to feedback.
