Razorback LLC is a certified General Contractor completing government projects under contract with a specific focus on water infrastructure, including but not limited to: water/wastewater treatment facilities, pump and lift stations, pipelines, storage tanks and towers. We are looking for motivated/experienced individuals that can independently and efficiently manage industrial construction projects. We are a rapidly growing company, interested in hiring quality candidates that can grow with us. Candidates can apply that qualify as a Senior Construction Project Manager. Please note we are an industrial construction company- predominately completing government contracted work. Experience with government contracts is a requirement.

Requirements:

• Experience Managing projects in excess of $3 million.
• We need to be able to hand you projects and have you run seamlessly without handholding.
• Experience with government contracts (Preferred).
• Industrial construction experience
• Associate’s degree in building construction, construction management, or equivalent practical experience
• Project Management: 5 years experience (preferred)
• Capable to work independently and make decisions on your own
• Organized and efficient to successfully manage projects on time and within budget

Full Job Description

• Manage and coordinate multiple construction projects from inception to completion
• Understand all projects in-depth. Order materials/equipment, educate and coordinate production, communicate with owners and initiate and complete client invoicing with complex payment applications
• Prepare and submit accurate submittals
• Read and understand plans and specs
• Work in conjunction with Field Superintendents to coordinate and direct Field Crews
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
• Follow and manage budgets
• Prepare schedules
• Ensure contractual conditions of performance are met and time deadlines are not missed
• Will oversee projects from start to finish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43.00 - $58.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
