Job Title: Director of Staffing | Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management, Accounting, Information Technology, Finance, and Human Resources

Our client, a leader in the design, installation, and maintenance of complex building technology solutions, is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing all phases of projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Oversee project teams, including Project Managers and Superintendents, ensuring coordination and execution.
• Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and address issues related to cost, quality, or safety.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Manage change requests and procurement processes.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings to resolve issues and maintain project alignment.
• Prepare and present project reports and evaluations.
• Develop and control project budgets to ensure profitability.
• Implement quality standards and safety protocols.
• Mentor team members to promote growth and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least ten years of project management experience in construction, especially with electrical systems and technology solutions.
• Experience managing large-scale projects, including hospital construction.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools.
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
