Our client, a leader in the design, installation, and maintenance of complex building technology solutions, is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing all phases of projects from preconstruction to closeout.
- Oversee project teams, including Project Managers and Superintendents, ensuring coordination and execution.
- Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and address issues related to cost, quality, or safety.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and contractual requirements.
- Manage change requests and procurement processes.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings to resolve issues and maintain project alignment.
- Prepare and present project reports and evaluations.
- Develop and control project budgets to ensure profitability.
- Implement quality standards and safety protocols.
- Mentor team members to promote growth and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- At least ten years of project management experience in construction, especially with electrical systems and technology solutions.
- Experience managing large-scale projects, including hospital construction.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
