Job summary

TrueBuild Partners, a premier Las Vegas general contractor, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial and hospitality projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own budgets, schedules, and client relationships while guiding project teams in the office and on site.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractor.
• Experience delivering commercial or hospitality projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery.
• Own project budgets, cost forecasting, change orders, and monthly financial reporting.
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and risks are addressed early.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and design teams, building strong long-term client relationships.
• Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiation, and ongoing subcontractor management.
• Mentor and direct Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Assistant Project Managers.
• Partner with Superintendents to drive safety, quality, and on-site performance.
• Oversee contract administration, including RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and closeout documentation.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a 100-person general contractor known for delivering high-profile commercial and hospitality projects across the Las Vegas market. The Senior Project Manager will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, owning budget, schedule, and client relationships while directing project teams in the office and on site.

• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or Primavera P6, and similar construction software
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-facing communication skills
• Experience mentoring and developing project team members
