Base pay range

$105,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple ground-up commercial projects from planning through completion—on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams including APMs and Project Engineers
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, and documentation
• Enforce safety standards and quality control
• Mitigate project risks and drive successful delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years in commercial construction project management
• Ground-up/general contracting experience required
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and Procore
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
