Job summary

InHouse Talent Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced construction project manager to lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will drive design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and client communication, coordinating with field leadership to deliver on time and on budget.

You will manage multiple projects, mentor junior staff, and build strong client relationships while upholding safety standards and company procedures across delivery methods including

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of construction PM/estimation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with estimating, budgeting, bid analysis, scheduling, and cost control.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with the listed software; Viewpoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction and estimating activities with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate design professionals, consultants, and trade partners.
• Prepare budgets, estimates, bid packages, and scopes of work.
• Manage multiple projects through execution and closeout.
• Maintain project schedules and financial reporting.
• Lead client meetings and maintain relationships.
• Promote safety standards and optimize delivery.
