Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Lead preconstruction and project estimates as required, including Bid Captain responsibilities.
Manage procurement, bonds, insurance, and contracts for projects.
Plan, execute and monitor construction schedules and workflows across departments.
Oversee budgets, cash flow, invoicing, and financial projections for projects.
Ensure adherence to Cleveland standards, safety, QA/QC, and reporting requirements.
