Job summary

Walbec Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee high-profile projects across a defined territory, coordinating with contractors, consultants and clients. The role includes mentoring junior PEs/PMs, bidding on complex work, and ensuring safe, compliant execution on site.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years of PM experience in construction or manufacturing, a solid DOT knowledge base, and strong communication and leadership skills to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 8–10 years PM experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Experience in mentoring staff and training team members.

Responsibilities
