Job summary

Harbor Fab in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Director of Project Management to oversee construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring on-time delivery, profitability and client satisfaction.

You will lead the PM team, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, and enforce contract terms while fostering strong relationships across the organization. Occasional travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading PM teams on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, scheduling and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the PM team to maximize performance.
• Oversee design and pre-construction activities and ensure cost/schedule alignment.
• Direct project execution, vendor/subcontractor management and change control.
• Maintain client communications and deliver weekly status updates.
• Monitor costs, manage purchase orders, and ensure proper invoicing and cash flow.
