The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management, a strong leadership presence, and an ability to manage complex projects while ensuring financial and operational excellence. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, mentoring teams, and driving safety initiatives. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven success leading large or complex projects.
• Experience managing and mentoring multiple project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large or multiple projects concurrently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Direct project schedules and risk assessments.
• Mentor Project Managers and Engineers.
• Manage strategic purchasing and contract negotiations.
• Drive implementation of quality control and safety programs.
