Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and financial reports.
• Coordinate project logistics and develop staffing plans.
• Lead project scheduling and oversee regular updates.
• Manage subcontractor buyout and contract negotiations.
• Promote and enforce the Zero Harm safety culture.
