TSP talent is seeking a leader to drive end-to-end commercial construction projects in Chicago. You will own strategy, planning, execution, and closeout, while managing budgets, schedules, procurement, contracting, and risk across complex sites.

The role requires strong client relations, team mentorship, and a proven track record in delivering quality outcomes on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end commercial construction projects.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contracting.
• Strong client-facing leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own project strategy and deliverables across planning, execution, and closeout.
• Manage budgets and cost performance.
• Oversee schedules and coordination of project activities.
• Lead procurement activities, including subcontractor and supplier coordination.
• Manage contracts and contract administration responsibilities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communication.
• Guide project teams and mentor future leaders.
