Job summary

Top Echelon LLC in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial building construction projects from planning through groundbreaking to completion. The role requires coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will travel to job sites 2–3 days per week, develop scopes of work, create contracts, procure materials, and oversee project costs, schedules, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial building construction projects from planning to completion.

Responsibilities

• Commence and complete projects assigned.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Clients, Consultants, and project team.
• Plan procurement of materials and services.
• Create scopes of work for subcontractors and vendors.
• Create contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Estimate and submit owner and subcontractor change orders.
• Manage project costs and participate in accounting updates.
• Manage all project team members.
• Create and update project reporting to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Review projects in field and ensure quality control.
• Schedule and attend job meetings.
• Participate in project closeout procedures.
• Ability to travel to projects 2-3 days per week.
