LeoForce in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a senior Project Executive to lead multi-project execution for commercial and multifamily developments valued from $5M to $50M. You will oversee budgets, supervise multiple project teams, and collaborate with Pre-Construction to ensure complete scope coverage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience.
• Procore or similar construction software experience.
• Experience with project budgets and overseeing multiple project teams.
• Ability to perform annual reviews and train and improve management staff.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, review subcontractor agreements and mark ups.
• Reporting regularly on job progress to client and stakeholders.
• Work alongside Pre-Construction staff to advise on issues and ensure scope coverage.
