• Leads the Project Team in the Preconstruction Process.
• Develops Project Functions and Processes.
• Maximizes Utilization of Project Resources.
• Accountable for All Facets of Profit and Loss.
• Manages Project Interfaces.
• Accountable for Project and BURG Safety and for Risk Management Process.
• Accountable for Meeting and Exceeding Client Expectations.
• Directs and Oversees Staff.
• Ensures a Safe Work Environment.
• Participates in Training/Certifications.
