Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years’ of experience or 6 years’ of construction related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage monthly billing and earned value reporting.
• Develop and manage the project schedule on small or mid-sized projects.
• Analyze targets and budgets, cost summaries, and other reports.
• Assist with field turnover, procurement planning, and contract management.
• Coordinate with subs and internal teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
