Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction.
• 5+ years of experience in a project management leadership role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and Gross Margin of the Project Management Team.
• Support building key relationships with clients, vendors, and sub-contractors.
• Lead the Project Team through unique issues with clients and vendors.
