Job summary

Kiewit Building Group seeks a Project Executive to lead strategic direction for multiple commercial construction projects. You will manage project teams, oversee estimation and full project delivery, and maintain high-level client relations from the Westlake, TX office with regional travel.

Senior-level responsibilities include staffing, risk, safety culture, and collaboration across preconstruction, estimating, and proposal stages to win and deliver complex programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in the vertical construction market.
• Strong business acumen and ability to pursue new opportunities.
• Experience as Project Manager, Design Manager, or Director of Estimating or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provides executive leadership with strategy development and business initiatives.
• Oversees multiple construction teams through preconstruction and construction process.
• Senior Project Management responsibility for project performance: financial, schedule, execution, and client relations.
• Ensures staffing resources are sufficient and supports development and retention.
• Leads safety culture and Nobody Gets Hurt.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Construction Management; Business: Finance
