Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project teams (field and office staff).
• Identify risks, develop contingency plans, mitigate disruptions.
• Outline work plans, assign duties, and delegate authority.
• Manage project budget, monitor costs, and drive cost savings.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, identify critical paths.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with specs/standards.
• Visit sites regularly to monitor progress and safety.
• Collaborate with business development on proposals and bids.
• Develop and execute project strategies aligned with company goals.
